Lake Havasu City, AZ (Oct. 19, 2013) -- Lake Havasu City dignitaries dedicated the new Patrick A. Tinnell Memorial Sports Complex with a full military honor guard to commemorate the life of BMX biker and U.S. Army SPC Patrick Tinnell, killed in action in April 2006 at the age of 25.
